1- Wash your hands, and dry after. If you have nail polish, you have to get it out with solvent.

2- File your nails. While filing your nails be sure to do from side to center. Choose a soft creme, or gel to apply on your nails cuticles.
Find a large or medium boll, add soap in warn water. Then, leave haft your hands in the boll for 4 to 5 minutes.

3-Pull your hands out after you time is finish, remove the cuticles with a little wood stick. Do not cut your cuticles they will grow back stronger.

4-Before putting nail polish, you need to buff your nails firts. If you choose to leave it naural, use the softer side to polish and remove the particle of cuticles.
